Vince's work experience has helped shape his insights and teaching style. He previously held positions in sales leadership and corporate planning in several consumer goods companies. As sales director for Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, he experienced the challenges of more demanding and busier customers and their complex buying processes. As a corporate executive for the San Miguel Corporation, he saw the confluence of technology, the disparities among workforce generations, and more engaged stakeholders. Currently, as President for Manila Execon Group, he sets strategies, drives performance metrics, coaches his team, and coordinates with his international partners. His leadership experience enables him to give credible stories and insights on human performance and how change can accelerate more change.
He took his undergraduate course in the Ateneo de Manila University and graduate program at the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Raul Peñaranda, Jr.
Raul has a passion for making people better. Be it in the classroom, or in the gym, he strives to impart knowledge and skills to his participants. There is no better feeling in the world when he sees his participants eager and excited to apply their skills back in the workplace.
Raul is a certified Kepner-Tregoe, AchieveForum, and Communispond program leader. He has over 15 years of experience in training, sales, and organizational development, and has worked with more than 200 of the top 1000 corporations in the Philippines.
He started his career as an English teacher in the Ateneo de Manila University, then transitioned into corporate training. Aside from his career in Learning and Development, he developed his project management expertise by launching multiple back office lines for several BPOs and currently coaches in his very own Crossfit gym in Katipunan, Quezon City.
Paula Peralta
Paula empowers people to make learning a lifestyle by making it accessible, relevant and fun for everyone. Workshop participants often commend her ability to break down complex modules and relay them through simple examples. She continues to be one of the most engaging facilitators whose one-on-one discussions can go into deep dives, giving participants the opportunity to comprehend and apply concepts with more depth.
With almost 10 years of experience in the training industry, Paula is a certified Program Leader for AchieveForum, Communispond and Kepner-Treogoe. She also specializes in financial wellness, personal transformation, change management, team building, systems thinking and culture development through partnerships with various training brands in the Philippines. She is a life coach, executive coach, wealth coach and an Action Learning coach.
Bill Velasco
Bill is an award-winning broadcaster, columnist, PR practitioner, event organizer and training consultant specializing in sports, broadcasting and team building.
He has become the local authority on sports analysis on television and print. He has worked with ESPN, ABS-CBN Sports and ABS-CBN News Channel, NBA.com Philippines, and The Philippine Star.
He is also a resource person for Al-Jazeera English. He has been the Executive Director of the World Arnis Organization and a consultant for the International Institute for Film and Arts. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Bill believes that his programs are characterized by his 3 F’s – frank, firm and fun. Participants are sure to learn from Bill’s experiential and interactive teaching methodologies.
Federico Ramoso
Rico brings with him more than 17 years of corporate experience. He started his career in FBR Holdings, Inc. as Project Manager. He then worked with Maynilad Water as Business Development and Commercial Operations Manager. He started his Human Resources career with SGV-DDI as a Business Development Consultant, helping companies achieve their company goals through various Human Resource interventions. He then worked with Globe Telecom where he continued his aptitude in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Organizational Development.
Rico is an Organizational Development expert who helps companies identify appropriate development opportunities for groups and individuals. He is a certified instructor for AchieveForum, Communispond and Kepner-Tregoe programs.
Nandy Bengzon
Nandy ensures that participants don't just walk away with models and theories, he takes the time to learn about them and their needs. This allows him to skew workshops to their perspective. His goal is to share best practices, successes, and failures he has gathered in the last 35 years in customer service and leadership with people who want to learn and improve themselves.

Attorney Marcelino Arias, Jr.
Atty. Mars is a seasoned legal professional, holds Bachelor's and Law degrees from the University of the Philippines. His journey spans law firms to key corporate roles, including General Manager at Sky Range Shooting Club. Trained in litigation, labor, and corporate law at Villanueva Gabionza & De Santos, he later contributed significantly to legal frameworks at Philippine National Bank and Solaire Resort & Casino. Proficient in risk assessment and project management, Atty. Mars is known for his innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. Specializing in data privacy and employee relations, he fosters compliance and positive workplace culture. As GM, he drives operational excellence and innovation at Sky Range, shaping its growth. Jose Ragot Fuliga, Jr.
Jojo Fuliga the past 30 years has been part of multiple industries such as financial services, automotive, communications and software solutions. He currently sits as a Board of Trustee for a known orphanage and believes in giving back to the community and making sure that children are a priority as they will soon be the leaders of our country.
Jojo’s experience comes from having had multiple trainings on “Best Practices” from the different organizations he has been privileged to be part of. Coming from a sales and operations background has helped him address both external and internal factors that all companies face. His calm and funny demeanor helps in an atmosphere where pressure is a constant thing.
