Vince Concio
Vince is the President and COO of Manila Execon Group Inc., the Philippine licensee for four of the world’s leading training and consulting companies, achieve+forum, Kepner-Tregoe, Miller Heiman and Communispond. He is a certified instructor for achieve+forum, Communispond and Kepner-Tregoe programs.
Vince has over 25 years of experience in corporate planning, marketing and sales with food and beverage companies. Prior to joining Manila Execon, he was an Investment Analyst for San Miguel Corporation, Corporate Planning and Information Systems Director for La Tondeña Distillers (now called GSMI), Sales and Marketing Manager with Sugarland Beverage Corporation, and National Sales Manager for Juices and Water for Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines.

Raul Peñaranda, Jr.
Raul is a certified Kepner-Tregoe, AchieveForum, and Communispond program leader. He has over 15 years of experience in training, sales, and organizational development, and has worked with more than 200 of the top
1000 corporations in the Philippines.
He started his career as an English teacher in the Ateneo de Manila University, then transitioned into corporate training. Aside from his career in Learning and Development, he developed his project management expertise
by launching multiple back office lines for several BPOs.

Paula Peralta
Paula empowers people to make learning a lifestyle by making it accessible, relevant and fun for everyone. Workshop participants often commend her ability to break down complex modules and relay them through simple examples. She continues to be one of the most engaging facilitators whose one-on-one discussions can go into deep dives, giving participants the opportunity to comprehend and apply concepts with more depth.
With almost 10 years of experience in the training industry, Paula is a certified Program Leader for achieve+forum, Communispond and Kepner-Treogoe. She also specializes in financial wellness, personal transformation, change management, team building, systems thinking and culture development through partnerships with various training brands in the Philippines. She is a life coach, executive coach, wealth coach and an Action Learning coach.

Tin Adriano
Tin has had vast experience in customer service, for both local and foreign consumers. She has an extensive work experience dealing with both front of the house training and communication as well as leading Social Media and Marketing efforts. Currently, she is working with Google as the Project Manager for their Social Media platforms.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Major in English Literature, from the Ateneo de
Manila University. She is certified in ISO9001:2008, ISO27001:2005, Project Management and is Future Perfect Business English Specialist.
She has incorporated her passion for literature and customer service, in creating a
leadership approach that is distinctively hers.

Patricia Quinto
Rina has a Bachelors Degree in Communication from the Ateneo de Manila University. She was the training manager for Performance Investments Products Corp. and was in charge for the investment technical product training. She also worked as a product distributor trainer for NuSkin Philippines and as a sales executive and channel producer with SkyCable.
She is a certified instructor for achieve+forum’s Customer Service and Leadership programs and Habitudes.

Philip Corpus
Philip is a champion for continuous growth. He believes that the best way to learn is through sharing real experiences, both the highs and lows, and adding laughter to the equation. Because of his wide range of experience – from selling encyclopedias door-to-door, having a small business, to doing regional work for one of the world’s biggest media and advertising companies – he is equipped to deal with a multitude of work scenarios
Philip is certified to run various AchieveForum programs, including Achieving Results Through Genuine Leadership® and Achieving Superior Sales Performance®.

Nandy Bengzon
Nandy ensures that participants don’t just walk away with models and theories, he takes the time to learn about them and their needs. This allows him to skew workshops to their perspective. His goal is to share best practices, successes, and failures he has gathered in the last 30 years in customer service and leadership with people who want to learn and improve themselves.
Nandy is certified to run Kepner-Tregoe Project Management and various AchieveForum programs, including Achieving Results Through Genuine Leadership® and Achieving Superior Sales Performance®.

Federico Ramoso
Rico brings with him more than 17 years of corporate experience. He started his career in FBR Holdings, Inc. as Project Manager. He then worked with Maynilad Water as Business Development and Commercial Operations Manager. He started his Human Resources career with SGV-DDI as a Business Development Consultant, helping companies achieve their company goals through various Human Resource interventions. He then worked
with Globe Telecom where he continued his aptitude in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Organizational Development.
Rico is an Organizational Development expert who helps companies identify appropriate development opportunities for groups and individuals. He is a certified instructor for AchieveForum, Communispond and
Kepner-Tregoe programs.

Bill Velasco
Bill is a veteran broadcaster, columnist, PR practitioner, event organizer and training consultant specializing in sports, broadcasting and team buildings.
He has become the local authority on sports analysis, covering sports events on television and print. He currently hosts in ESPN (ASEAN Basketball League), ABS-CBN Sports and ABS-CBN News Channel, and writes for NBA.com Philippines, The Philippine Star, Rebound Magazine and Seafarer Asia.
He is also a resource person for the Al-Jazeera Philippine Bureau. He is currently the Executive Director of the World Arnis Organization and a consultant for the International Institute for Film and Arts. Up until 2008, he was also a consultant for the Center for Sports Communication.
He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Bill believes that his programs are characterized by his 3 F’s – frank, firm and fun. Participants are sure to learn from Bill’s experiential and interactive teaching methodologies.
